Use our Get a Quote form with pickup, drop, date/time and property size. We’ll reply with a fixed, itemised price.

Quotes & Booking How far in advance should I book?

Weekends fill fast — book 1–2 weeks ahead if possible. Same-day requests are often available for courier and small moves.

Pricing & Payment Do you offer fixed prices or hourly?

Both. Small jobs can be hourly; home moves are usually fixed price after we confirm scope. No hidden fees — what we quote is what you pay.

Pricing & Payment What payment methods do you accept?

We accept card, bank transfer and cash. Business courier accounts can pay via invoice.

Packing Can you provide packing materials and do the packing?

Yes — boxes, wardrobe cartons, bubble & stretch wrap and professional packing service.

Packing Do you move pianos, artwork or heavy items?

Yes — we move pianos, gym equipment and artworks safely. We also provide secure storage if needed before delivery.

Move Day What time will you arrive?

You’ll get an ETA window the day before, plus live updates on the day. We aim to arrive at or before your chosen time.

Move Day Same-day courier & deadlines?

Yes — we offer fast, direct delivery services with proof of delivery and tracking updates on request.

Storage Do you offer storage? How flexible are the terms?

Yes — clean, dry, secure units with flexible weekly rates. Short or long term with move-in/out help.

Pricing & Booking Can I change my date after booking?

Usually yes with notice — we’ll move your slot at no charge if the new date is available.
